As we, the members of Vernon Hill Missionary Baptist Church, reflect on our journey, our hearts rejoice in the countless blessings that God Almighty has bestowed upon this great church. We gratefully acknowledge the service rendered by all former pastors, deacons, auxiliaries, and faithful members throughout the years.

We remain committed to being a Bible-based church rooted in teaching, training, worship, prayer, praise, and ministry—welcoming all who are willing to receive God's Word.

OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of the Vernon Hill Missionary Baptist Church shall be to maintain public worship of God and to glorify Him on earth; to evangelize the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to develop each individual Christian until he/she attains unto the fullness of the measure of the stature of Christ; to be a constant witness for Christ and His Word; and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to cooperate with other churches for whose aim is the same as ours. ​​​
